How to cook:

  • Whisk the eggs with mayonnaise (enough for a 1.5 PT/l) and mix with flour to "thick cream".
  • Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze strongly (approx. courgettes give a lot of water) added to the mixture.
  • Mix thoroughly, sprinkle with salt and pepper. If desired (or available) add finely cut dill and garlic.
  • Generated manually, or pancakes spread on a hot pan with a large spoon.
  • Cook until Golden brown!

Served with sour cream, or just sprinkled with herbs.

Nuggets at home

They are looking for in the kitchen:  small chicken breast, 1 egg, flour.

How to cook:

  • Whisk egg with mayonnaise (enough 1.5 PT/l).
  • Add to the flour mixture and mix until a thick mass.
  • Cut the chicken in small cubes, add to mixture, salt, pepper and thoroughly mix.
  • If desired/availability add to the same grated garlic (a few cloves) and chopped dill.
  • Formed mini meatballs and roll each in breadcrumbs (you can just grind 3 slices dried bread), spread on a pan.
  • Fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Served with vegetables.

Baked potatoes with cheese

What to look for in the kitchen:  potatoes (5-6 pieces), cheese (150 g), garlic (pair of denticles).

How to cook:

  • Cut each potato in half (lengthwise) and on each half make the cut to become like a lump.
  • Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices and put on a greased form.
  • Bake half an hour, take out, sprinkle with grated cheese and hide it in the oven for another 10 min.

Served with cranberry (as a garnish for fish).

Easy pancakes on the water

What to look for in the kitchen:  3 eggs, flour (a couple of glasses), sugar (1 st / l).

How to cook:

  • Mix eggs with sugar, flour, water (0.5 l), 2 tablespoons raises/oil and salt (a pinch).
  • Add a little soda (approx. – on the tip of a knife).
  • Leave the bowl with the dough in the kitchen (in heat) for 10-15 min.
  • Then fry, turning over on a hot griddle.

Serve with sour cream or jam.

Fish in tomato sauce

What to look for in the kitchen:  white fish (hake / pollock - 1 piece, or blue whiting - 0.5 kg), carrots (2 pieces), tomato paste (small jar).

How to cook:

  • Pollock cut into "steaks", dip them in flour and fry quickly on both sides (not up and ready, and light blush).
  • In a saucepan simmer the shabby carrot and 1 chopped bulb onion (if available). Once the carrots are ready, add the tomato paste and half a Cup of water to a total consistency of "thick cream" and simmer for another 5 minutes. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper, add seasonings.
  • Put in prepared tomato sauce pieces of fried fish, parched over a slow fire for another 10 minutes.

Served with boiled potatoes and greens.

Pork in batter

What to look for in the kitchen:  400 g of pork, flour, 2 eggs.

How to cook:

  • Whisk the eggs with mayonnaise (1.5 PT/l) added to the mixture of grated garlic and chopped dill (if available).
  • Cut pork into slices and beats.
  • Dip each slice of pork first in egg mixture, then in flour (both sides) and spread on the hot pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper directly in the pan (don't forget about the second way!).
  • Fry until Golden brown.

Served with vegetable salad.

Dessert fruit and nut

What to look for in the kitchen:  almonds, dates (pitted!), dried fruits - 1 glass of each ingredient.

How to cook:

  • Fry the nuts for 10 minutes.
  • Fall asleep them in a blender and puree them together with dates and dried fruits found at home.
  • Spread the resulting paste on a film, forming a neat square.

Cooled for 1-1,5 hours in the refrigerator.

Apples honey nut

What to look for in the kitchen:  apples (5-6 pieces), walnuts (50 g), honey (50 g).

How to cook:

  • Add the chopped zest.
  • Bake in the oven for half an hour.

If lying around the house bar of chocolate, you can RUB it on top on a fine grater.

Potato boats

What to look for in the kitchen:  cream cheese (250 g), potatoes (4 pcs), bacon (250 g).

How to cook:

  • Potatoes thoroughly wash the brush from dirt, "uniform" do not remove.
  • Pierce each potato with a fork 3-4 times and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about an hour.

How to cook:

  • Pate dressed with mayonnaise.

Serve the pate on the slices of tomatoes, garnished with herbs and olives.
