Pizza with tuna and tomatoes
The dough. 250 g flour, 25 g yeast, 50 g butter, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk.
Filling. 4 large tomatoes, 1 can (185 g) of tuna in oil, 2 tbsp. spoons of olives, 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, 2 pods of sweet pepper, salt, pepper, parsley, 3 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise.
Knead the yeast dough, roll it out and put it on the baking tray, slightly bending the edges. Grind the fish and spread evenly on the dough. On top are small tomato slices. Sweet pepper should be cleaned of seeds and cut into half rings, sprinkled with pizza, decorated with olives and chopped parsley. Pour oil, grease with mayonnaise. Place in a hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
