To prepare 2 servings of gazpacho soup You will need:

  • tomato – 2 PCs.
  • sweet pepper – 2 PCs.
  • cucumber – 1 PC.
  • red wine uscus – 1 tsp
  • tomato juice – 50 ml
  • olive oil – few drops
  • Tabasco sauce – few drops
  • salt
  • ice cubes

Peeled tomatoes, peeled cucumber, peppers, seeded, grind in blender.

Add vinegar or lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt to taste, tomato juice. Mix again thoroughly in a blender.

At the end of the cooking, drop a couple of drops of olive oil into the soup - if you do this before, the soup will turn pink.
