Approaching Valentine's Day. Have you decided how will you surprise a loved one on 14 February? If not — suggest you prepare romantic cocktails for Valentine's Day.

Love in the snow

  • liqueur DiSaronno Originale — 40 ml
  • vodka — 20 ml
  • whipped cream
  • strawberry syrup
  • twist of lemon peel
  • fruits and berries for decoration (grape, cherry, lemon slice)
  • umbrella

Pour in a glass of liquor and vodka. We put a lemon twist inside the glass and fill it with whipped cream. Sprinkle the cream with syrup, decorate the glass with grapes, cherries and lemon slices. We put an umbrella in the glass. Cocktail can serve!

Sweet temptation

  • rum Malibu — 1 measuring Cup
  • banana liqueur — 1 measuring Cup
  • pineapple juice — 125 ml
  • pomegranate syrup — 1 tbsp

We measure in a shaker for cocktails rum, banana liqueur and pineapple juice. Add the lid and shake for 30 seconds (until the walls of the shaker do not get fogged outside). Pour the cocktail into a glass of ice and gently pour the pomegranate syrup on top so that it remains on the surface.

Strawberry champagne

  • champagne or white wine — 1.5 glass
  • fresh strawberries — 3 tbsp.
  • sugar — 0,75 art.

Clean strawberries from the stems, wash and cut lengthwise into quarters. Put it in a bowl of medium size, sprinkle with sugar and fill with champagne. Cover the bowl and put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, allow the strawberries to stand for 15 minutes at room temperature. With a spoon put the berries in a wide glass and fill with champagne, which we insisted on strawberries.

Rosy Ramos

  • vodka Grey Goose Le Citron — part 2
  • grenadine syrup is 0.75 parts
  • lemon juice 0,75 part
  • beaten egg white — 1 tsp.

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and intensively shake the shaker. Take chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail into it. Decorate the cocktail with rose petals.

Raspberry lemon cocktail

  • gin — 60 g
  • lemon juice — 0.5 tsp.
  • raspberry juice — 0.5 tsp.
  • egg albumen — 1 PC.

Fill the shaker with gin, lemon and raspberry juice, egg white and lay ice. Mix all the ingredients well for about 10 seconds. Ready cocktail is poured into a tall cocktail glass or a martini glass.

Cherry milkshake

  • cherry compote — 400 g
  • sugar — 150 g
  • milk — 3 tbsp.
  • brandy — 0.5 art.

From half of cherries we take out stones. Add sugar, milk and cognac to the cherry. Whisk everything up to the formation of foam. Pour the cocktail into the tall glasses and throw in each glass a few cherries with bones.
