Assortment of beef dishes seems rather narrow: beef chops, beef stew, boiled beef. Try to dilute his new dish beef with pickles.

Beef with pickles

For this dish we need:

  • 500 g beef fillet
  • 3-4 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • green onions, garlic, salt, pepper — to taste

Cut beef fillet (tenderloin) in small pieces and sprinkle with salt. Onions clean, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil with slices of beef fillet. Garlic passed through the press. Add to the pan with the meat and onions, garlic, ground black pepper and a quarter Cup of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Pickles cut into small pieces, add to meat and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve the finished meat with chopped green onions.
