Snacks of fruit

Snacks of fruit with canned pineapples
We offer you to prepare simple snacks of fruits that you can treat all family members. For 6 servings of canapés you will need.
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 200 g canned pineapple
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- mint leaves
Will show you how to make snacks of fruit. The first step is to remove the pit from mango. For this purpose the fruit should be notched around the bones. Turn the two halves of the fruit in opposite directions, you can easily remove the bone. Now the two halves are cleaned from the skin and cut into plates. Of the plates cut round mold cookie cutter mango slices for canapés. Banana peel and cut into slices. Canned pineapple cut into slices. All the prepared fruit should be sprinkled with lemon juice and hold in the cold for 5-7 minutes.
Now you can assemble the canapés. On dish put first a mango, a banana and a pineapple. Pierce the fruit with a skewer and pour canapés honey. Additionally, fruit canapés can be decorated with small mint leaves.
Snacks of fresh fruit
We offer you another option of cooking snacks of fruits which is sure to please your children. To prepare 8-10 servings you will need such fruits :
- 1 orange
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 100 g of seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- powdered sugar
To prepare such a fruit skewer, you will need only about 15 minutes. The first step is to clear the orange from the skin, bones and white films. Cut the peeled orange into slices thickness of 5-7 mm. Pear cut into four pieces and clean it from the core. Peeled pear cut into slices with thickness up to 1 cm Banana cut into slices with a thickness of 5 mm. All the fruit should be sprinkled with lemon juice so they do not darkened.
Now you can start sewing canapes on a skewer. Fruits should be stringed in this order: grapes, orange, pear and banana. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
