In a blender, mix the leaves of parsley, basil, garlic and pistachios. Grind the ingredients until a uniform gruel is formed. In this sauce, add freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon and olive oil. Stir well the sauce once more. Ready sauce should be sprinkled with a couple drops of balsamic vinegar and served on the table along with the pasta.
