Chicken curry: recipe

For sauce curry
- tomato juice — 1 tbsp.
- cream 10% fat — 0,5 St.
- butter — 50 g
- curry powder — 2 tbsp
- cashews or almonds (powder) — 1-2 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tsp.
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Garlic and ginger (if fresh) grind. Put the fillets in a large bowl, pour lemon juice, add yogurt or yogurt and spices (coriander, cumin, red pepper, salt, ginger, garlic). Pickle in a few hours (but better to just put in the refrigerator overnight).

- 20 ml olive oil

- 400 ml chicken broth
- 1 mango
- 1 onion
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala (Indian spice blend)
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and lightly fry. While the chicken is fried, clean the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes. We clean onions and finely chopped onions.
