Cake in the bread maker: recipe
We suggest you to cook a fragrant cake in just a couple of hours.You will need the following ingredients :
- 400 g wheat flour
- 170 ml of milk
- 2.5 tsp dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 7 tbsp. sugar
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 100 g raisins
- 0.5 tsp. turmeric
Before you start cooking the cake needs to be steamed the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Then, drop the raisins into a sieve to glass it with extra water. In a separate bowl, slightly heat the milk to melted butter. When you add milk to bread machine, it must be a little warm, but not hot. Warm milk you can also add turmeric powder.
You can now lay the foods in the bread machine. Follow the instructions for your bread maker, not to be mistaken in the order of adding ingredients. The raisins you can add immediately or a few minutes after the start of the batch.
Set the bread maker on "fast baking mode", set the size M, and set the color of the crust "light". Since there are milk and sugar in the test, the crust will in any case be golden in color.
The dough, which bread maker kneading will be enough liquid. Do not worry, everything is as it should be, because this is a special recipe dough for baking in the bread maker. Two hours later, your cake is ready.
It is also worth considering that should be trained in advance for baking cakes in the bread maker. The fact that yeast dough may not be able to approach in too short a time, so the cake, which is baked in the fast mode, may crack top. To avoid this, you can also try to bake cake in normal mode, which lasts 4 hours.
