So, start preparing cheesecake from cookies. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Place the mixture in a sliding form.   • 1/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup melted butter
  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 450 ml of creamy cream
  • 1/3 Cup sugar

Like the previous recipe, mix together the cookie crumbs, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Lay the resulting mass in a mold, level the base and place in the refrigerator until the oil is completely solidified.

Beat cottage cheese with lemon juice until a soft mass is obtained. Add the cream and whisk the mass with a mixer until the filling thickens. Then add the sugar. Continue to whisk the stuffing until it becomes very viscous. Pour the filling on the frozen base. From above you can add any topping from fresh berries.
