Jam from peaches (and apricots)
This jam can be prepared as from peaches and apricots, you can try to make cuts. 350 ml of jam required.
- fresh peaches or apricots, pitted — 400 g
- sugar — 3/4 tbsp.
Mine peaches or apricots, cut into halves and, if necessary, let dry. We put it in a bread maker, fall asleep with sugar and cook, like other jams.
And you can make jam in the bread maker from pears. The ingredients you will need the following :
- pears — 500 g
- sugar — 500 g
- citric acid - 0.25 p. l.
Pears cut into large slices, remove the seeds and put in a container. Add sugar (if you do not like very sweet jam, you can put less than indicated in the recipe) and citric acid, then everything is standard.
For the record
Jam in the bread maker you can prepare only fresh berries and fruit. frozen (especially tender, such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries) cannot be used: the jam will be too runny consistency, rather reminding of berry syrup than jam.
