If you want as a dessert served on Christmas table cakes, but do not want to bother with a cake or pie, you can prepare muffins with apples. It's delicious and easy to prepare Christmas dessert. Of course, the muffins are baked not only for the New year, but the scents of apples and cinnamon consistently remind us of the winter holidays.

Muffins with apples and raisins

For the preparation of aromatic muffins with apples and raisins we will need the following ingredients:

  • kefir — 250 ml
  • flour — 140 g
  • vegetable oil — 135 ml
  • sugar — 120 g
  • flour — 85 g
  • raisins — 50 g
  • baking powder — 10 g
  • Apple — 1 PC.
  • clove — 3-4 buds
  • ground ginger — 0.5 tsp.
  • ground cinnamon — 0.5 tsp.
  • sea salt — of 0.25 tsp.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the clove in a mortar. Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, raisins, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and salt). Remove the core from the apple and cut it into small pieces.

We combine kefir with 125 ml of vegetable oil (preferably olive), add the sliced ​​apple and mix. We pour the flour with spices, sugar, baking powder and raisins, knead a homogeneous dough. Too long to interfere is not necessary - muffins can turn out dry inside.

With the remaining oil, we grease the muffin molds and fill them with a test for two thirds of the volume (when baking, the muffins will rise). We send it to the preheated oven for twenty minutes.

Muffins with apples in vanilla sauce

Our muffins even tastier before serving pour their vanilla sauce. To make these muffins we'll take:

  • apples — 400 g
  • flour — 300-350 g
  • yogurt or sour cream — 250 ml
  • butter or margarine — 200 g
  • sugar — 200 g
  • eggs — 3 PCs.
  • baking powder — 2 tsp (you can substitute 1 tsp. slaked soda)
  • cinnamon — 2 tsp
  • vanilla sugar — 2 tsp

For the sauce

  • milk — 300 ml
  • sugar — 150 g
  • yolk — 3 PCs.
  • starch — 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar — 2 tsp

My apples, clean, remove the core and cut into cubes. Sprinkle pieces of apples with cinnamon and mix thoroughly. We rub the butter (margarine) with sugar and vanilla sugar. We add eggs, mix, infuse kefir (sour cream), mix again. Add apples, flour and baking powder, knead the dough.

Fill the dough form, pre-lubricated with butter or vegetable oil, two thirds. Bake the muffins in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for about half an hour. While baking muffins, you can do the preparation of the sauce.

Bring the milk to a boil. Separate the yolks weighed with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the starch and mix. We pour hot milk, mix it and put the sauce on a water bath. Heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Let the sauce cool and put on cooled muffins.

Muffins with apples "Rosochki"

Very nice looking Apple muffins in the form of roses. For their preparation we will need to take:

  • flour — 100 g
  • margarine — 90 g
  • sugar — 75 g
  • eggs — 2 PCs.
  • apples — 2 PCs.
  • baking powder — 1,5 tsp
  • the cinnamon, vanilla — to taste
  • a pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Separate the yolks from proteins. Mix the yolks with the softened margarine and sugar, add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and vanillin. We beat the proteins with the addition of a pinch of salt to firm soft peaks. Gently add whipped proteins to the future dough and gently mix.

Peel one apple from the peel, remove the core, cut into cubes and add to the dough. Fill the test molds with two thirds. The second apple is cut in half and cut into very thin slices. We spread the lobules of apples over the dough in the form of rose petals.

Bake muffins with apples for about 20 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Before serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
