Baking recipes are passed on from generation to generation, and the hostesses carefully store cookbooks with recipes for home-made pies with cabbage, rice, apples and berries.   • flour – 3 cups
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • soda – 1 tsp.

  • milk – one glass
  • sugar (to taste)
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp

  1. Clean the pumpkin from seeds, rinse it in running water. Then grate.
  2. Heat up the pan. Cook the fruit on low heat until a thick mass.
  3. Put the pumpkin in a bowl and add berries. Will poslastica to taste and stir.
  4. From the dough make patties and bake them in the oven.
  5. Now we need to prepare the chocolate glaze. Pour in a bowl the milk, add a spoon of sugar and cocoa powder. Pour the liquid into the pan and cook on medium heat until lightly thickened.
  6. When the patties are ready, let them cool slightly. Dip them in the chocolate glaze.

Puff pie

  • pumpkin
  • garlic — 1 clove
  • green onions — 1 piece
  • cheese — 100 g
  • olive oil
  • puff pastry — 250 g
  1. Take the puff pastry and roll it into a thin strip. Then use cookie cutters or conventional plates cut out of it circles. With a toothpick make a circle small incisions, as shown in the photo below.
  2. Wash the pumpkin, peel it and remove all the seeds. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Put the pulp in a bowl.
  3. Mash garlic, chop onions, grate cheese on a fine grater. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  4. And so, our filling is ready. Left to put it on the dough. In each circle place two tablespoons of filling.

    • flour – three cups
    • pumpkin – 300 g
    • apples – 4 PCs

    1. First prepare the yeast dough. Heat the milk in the microwave. Add one spoon of sugar and yeast. Stir and leave for ten minutes.
    2. In a bowl with milk add an egg, whisk it with a fork. Add salt to taste.
    3. Add in the flour. Try to prevent so as not to leave lumps.
    4. Now melt the butter in the microwave and put it in the mixture, stirring as it should.
    5. Knead the dough and roll it in flour.
    6. Wrap the dough in a towel and let it stand for half an hour to make it up.
    7. We need to prepare the filling for the pie. Clean the pumpkin from seeds and cut into small pieces.
    8. Take four apples, peel them from the skin and cut into cubes.
    9. Put the apples and pumpkin in a saucepan and simmer on low heat, adding a little oil.
    10. Of dough to make pies, proviv the filling in the center. One pie is enough for two tablespoons of the filling.
    11. Grease cookie sheet and place pies.
    12. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about forty minutes.
