  • beef – 600 g
  • potatoes – 500 g

Method of preparation

Method of preparation

  1. Grind all the ingredients. Fry in same pan the meat, on the other – mushrooms with garlic and onions.
  2. Then blend, add the wine, broth, flour, spices. Simmer until cooked about 20-30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
