Necessary ingredients:

  • the flesh of beef – 600 gr
  • pickled cucumber – 2 PCs
  • carrots – 2 PCs
  • onions – 2 PCs
  • garlic – 5 Zubkov
  • sunflower oil – 5 tbsp
  • tomato sauce – 4 tbsp

Step by step instructions

  1. Rinse the beef and chop fine strips.
  2. Carrots and cucumbers cut into cubes, onions finely chop.
  3. In a pan heat the oil and fry in it the meat for 7 minutes on medium heat, stirring regularly with a wooden spatula.
  4. Add the onion and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Then put cucumbers and 1 minute and keep on fire.
  7. Last add the tomato paste, salt and mix gently.

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry in the pan for 5 minutes until a nice Golden brown.
  2. Cucumbers chopped finely and spread on the bottom portion of the pot, on top of positioning of the shanks.
  3. For the sauce, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise and put into each pot 1.5 tsp.
  4. Add the peas of black fragrant pepper, bay leaf and sprinkle with dried herbs.
  5. Onions clean from the husk and cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, put in the pan, season with spices and fry until soft and put in pots.
  6. Potatoes clean, cut into slices and fry in a pan for 7 minutes on high heat, liberally sprinkled with a mixture of salt and pepper.
  7. Fold in the pot, pour tomato paste diluted in water. Pots carefully close the top with foil and place in oven preheated to 200°C. Cook for 40 minutes.
