  • Fresh bread or loaf
  • Two or three eggs
  • Cream cheese – 150 g
  • Maple syrup or honey – 70 g
  • Cream 10-33% – 200 g
  • Bananas – 2 pieces
  • Nuts, spices – to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Connect in a bowl the future components for the sauce: eggs, cream, cheese, in the end, add the syrup. Cheese is better to use Hochland Almette or classic, without additives. Syrup you can take any, or to replace liquid honey – the amount to vary so as you see fit
  2. To give the bread a triangular shape, trim the width of the form. As the basis for meals suitable grain sandwiches, baguettes, bruschetta and even savoury muffins
  3. Slice bananas in large slices. For the filling Breakfast you can also use soft fruits (melon, apricots, pears, raspberries)
  4. Spread in prepared pan bread pieces, interspersing them with banana slices
  5. Carefully pour sauce between layers of bread and fruit and let it soak for ten minutes. Decorate the toast toasted nuts, spices, candied or dried fruits
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for twenty to forty minutes. Cooking time depends on the desired result – soft texture of scrambled eggs or crisp. Feeding on the table, you can pour glaze or topping
