20 April Saint Petersburg took on the banks of the Neva, Moscow fashion Week – for the second time, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia spends fashionable day in the Northern capital of Russia. The organizers of the event helped the company L'oreal Professionnel, the hotel "Corinthia St. Petersburg" and the ceremonial hall, which, in fact, held the shows of the fashion house "Igor Gulyaev" brand MARCOBOLOGNA (Italy).

The audience, no doubt, appreciated the work of the Italian design duo Marco Giuliani and Nicolo Bologna. The original prints, the individual character of each thing, combined with the unchanging elegance, imbued with the spirit of Japan, which this time inspired the artists, did not leave the indifferent fans of fashion. The most characteristic in the presented collection were dresses with wide sleeves a-la kimono and a pencil skirt in tandem with an oversize-coat. A noticeable accent was the large shiny stones with which the sleeves and the peculiar geometric insets on the dresses were decorated.

Igor Gulyaev in his collection was able to combine European modern and Russian pre-revolutionary style. Fur products and coats, dresses, skirts and blouses - all balanced on the verge of eternal classics and uncontrollable avant-garde, and juicy colors - aquamarine, turquoise, bordeaux, purple, indigo, emerald - created a feeling of scattering of precious stones. Undoubtedly, St. Petersburg ladies who were lucky enough to attend the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Day Saint Petersburg shows, learned a lot of useful for their autumn-winter wardrobe of the future season.
