For vertical landscaping, both annuals and perennials are used. But before you plant plants, you need to pay attention to the requirements of plants for the conditions, and even more importantly - to the side of the world.

Annual plants recommended to plant in the house or in the greenhouse, and in late spring – early summer should be planted in open ground.
Since perennial  climbing plants do not tolerate the transplant, for them it is necessary to choose the right place from the very beginning - a soil in which they would grow for several years.

All plants. designed for vertical gardening, develop quickly, but require loose, well-fertilized soil.

To plant a sapling. at a depth of 40-50 cm, a 40 cm wide groove is pulled out for planting in one row and 50-60 cm for planting in two rows (for grapes, the width of the pit should be increased to 1 m). The prepared groove is filled with humus, and also fertilized with organic substances (nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus). When planting, you need to ensure that the root system of plants is not under the roof - there the plant will experience a lack of moisture. It is also necessary to leave a space between plants and a wall of at least 10 cm to avoid dampening of wooden or plastered walls.
