A folic acid in it more than in grapes and raspberries. Eating every day on a handful of strawberries, you strengthen the immune system and the walls of blood vessels.
Strawberry diet usually begins with the appearance of the first fresh berries. For each day you need 4 glasses of strawberries, this is approximately 0.8 kg. Although strawberries are considered to be one of the sweetest berries, the sugar content (carbohydrates) is minimal in comparison with others. Therefore, such a diet is effective and useful. Based on this berry, you can cook a lot of low-calorie dishes and make a delicious menu for 4 days.

Dinner: a glass of strawberries with a small piece of rye bread. Dinner: strawberry salad – 100 gr. potatoes, small onion, Cup of strawberries, 50 gr. fat-free yogurt, half a Cup of yogurt, freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon.
Day 2. Breakfast: a glass of strawberries with a small piece of rye bread, fat-free yogurt. Lunch: three pancakes with strawberries. For pancakes you will need: 100 ml of milk (1,5% fat), 1 tsp. honey, 1 egg, 50 g flour, a pinch of salt, 200 gr. strawberries, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tablespoon concentrated Apple juice, 50 gr. Apple puree, 10 ml of Apple juice. Method of preparation: milk, honey and egg mix, gradually adding the flour with the salt. The dough to stand for 30 minutes. Strawberries wash and sprinkle with lemon juice. From dough to bake in a pan without adding fat 2 thin pancake. Applesauce to warm in a small bowl, add Apple juice. Mix with strawberries and arrange on the pancakes. Dinner: Kale salad with strawberries – 100 gr. fresh cabbage and a glass of strawberries, teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Day 3. Breakfast: a glass of strawberries and toast. Lunch: 200 gr. melons, a glass of strawberries, half a banana. Snack: a glass of strawberries with a small piece of rye bread. Dinner: lettuce - boil for a couple: 70 gr. potatoes, 70 gr. carrots, 70 gr. cabbage. Before going to bed - a glass of strawberries.
Day 4. Breakfast: a glass of strawberries and 50 gr. hard cheese. Lunch: strawberry salad, small onion, 100 gr. boiled fish, lettuce leaves, a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Dinner: cabbage salad with strawberries - 100 gr. fresh cabbage and a glass of strawberries, a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Unfortunately, the strawberry season is short. So do not waste time and try to eat these berries as often as possible, and then you will not have problems with excess weight and bad mood.
